How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? whatever is latest
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? almost all packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? it's random
What happens when the bug occurs? Fires occur constantly since the new Growing together pack. I upgraded the fireplaces and they still catch fire. Sims are leaving the infant or toddler in the house with the fire and they don't always put the fire out. It's happening all the time, I've had 5 or 6 fires in just a few days of gameplay.
