[ARCHIVED] Counters cannot be resized

@babajayne, I have microwaves in all my dorms but never see them used autonomously there either. I do have the cafeteria vendor stand in all my dorms as well though, which is probably why. Sims prefer to get their food from the vendor over making it in a microwave.
Group serving size meals also just magically show up in my dorms, for recipes which cannot be prepared in microwaves. It's as if the npc dormies have the ability to prepare group meals at the cafeteria vendor object or something.
