So i need to repeal all the NAPs (sharing is caring, juiced up, etc) at the start of my game?

@Hamsysincy It usually takes a week until one is active so if you enter the game, then turn it off, then there shouldn't be any but it's just the easiest to double check on your neighborhood if there are any.
The issues with stuck commodities are fixed so that won't have any negative effect anymore.
Just check the neighborhood you currently live in, if there's any NAPs you don't like and if so, repeal them (or cheat remove)
