I’m having the same issue as well. Had it with Reaper Rewards too.

@EA_CadeWe should NOT have to do this every single time there is a new event. It is infuriating as this attempt at a PS4/PS5 “fix” does not fix anything. The issue will happen over and over throughout the event (like it did with the Reapers Rewards event). No one wants to do this repetitively while trying to play a game that should not be difficult to play at all.

I'm having a similar issue in a complete vanilla game. It shows the tab with Jasmine Holiday's picture but not the actual quest markers, what to do to complete the quests, and the UI of the event only says she needs help finding out about traditions, but not how this is to be done, and there's no interaction spawning in any conversation category to ask sims about their holiday traditions.Sorry if this reply goes into wrong place. I don't know how this forum works. I started a new game for the event. All settings are default except some pack specific ones (fame, dust, acne etc. are turned off). No mods installed. I own all expansions except Cat and dogs, almost all packs and some kits.

@LadyAofPineapple So I had this same bug with reapers rewards and I could not finish the final two weeks because of it. Now I have this bug with cozy celebrations but this time it’s broken right out of the gate and I can’t even start the event ! These rewards events are joke. Just give everyone all the free stuff. It’s not fair that some players can get the rewards and some can’t

For me it's still showing the Reaper's Rewards icon but with no actual event name, and when i open it, it gives me (i'm guessing) a debug state of the event menu.

Are you using MCCC by any chance? If so, disable Full Cas Edit and Pause on Zone.

@Furrywolf79I'm not using any mods in this save (because of the issues I had during the last event), but in my other saves I don't have those settings enabled. ☹️

(pc only suggestion btw- sorry for any console users having this issue, I don't know a fix for you ☹️ )

It seems like it's doing the same crud as last time. I loaded my game and had the same issue, and from Reapers Rewards what helped me "fix" my game was deleting the accountDataDB.package and avatarcache.package files. Tested it with this issue already, and it did work for me.

I'll include a screenshot of the event working for me as proof if you want it ig :3 but doing this also works for this event too. If it doesn't do it immediately, give it a second or two and it will.
