In The Sims 4 cats and dogs pack when you praise an employee " thank you ms. Rawls! I think I'm pretty awesome as well." My sim is going by they/them pronouns. Perhaps you include an option to change how they are formally addressed as well! Thank you for the update and thank you for your effort to hear the community!
