Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? Not sure, I have all of the recent patches & updates.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, game and stuff packs except Snowy Escape and Journey to Batuu.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Accept a gig at a commercial lot.
What happens when the bug occurs? Client does not show up to give preferences prior to renovations.
What do you expect to see? Client shows up, get to know client, learn preferences and dislikes.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Nearly every commercial lot gig my sim takes the client doesn't show up prior to renovations. I renovate to the best of my abilities, but so far the clients have hated what I do because I have no idea what they're looking for. My career rep takes a hit and I don't get paid.
