[ARCHIVED] [DHD] Commercial Gig: Client doesn't show up/Interactions missing

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.75.125.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but Star Wars, Tiny Living, and Cool Kitchen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make sure that the client spawns in at the location they should be at and make sure you can get them to come to the location if they don't.
What happens when the bug occurs? With the Dream Home Designer pack, doing the decorator career, I chose to do a job at a commercial lot, but after I clicked the pop-up and it teleported me there, the client wasn't there and there was no way to get them to come to the lot. There is no way to complete the job without a client. I haven't had this with residential lots, just commercial.
What do you expect to see? The client spawned in ready to go and to be able to call them to the lot to finish the job.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
