[ARCHIVED] [DHD] Commercial Gig: Client doesn't show up/Interactions missing

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Travel after prompted to any design gig at a community lot (lounge, cafe, nightclub, bar, etc.)
What happens when the bug occurs? When I arrive at any community lot for a design gig, there are no clients anywhere on the lot. I'm unable to learn preferences. If I try to renovate the lot anyway, I'm unable to call them on phone afterwards to reveal the renovations.
What do you expect to see? Client on lot to socialize with in order to complete the design gigs.

When I accept a gig to renovate a community lot (lounge, cafe, nightclub, bar, etc.) there are no clients anywhere on the property. I'm unable to learn any preferences and if I try to renovate regardless I can't use my phone to call the client back to the lot so I'm unable to reveal the design to anyone afterwards. I tried summoning the clients using testingcheats but when they appear they are not labeled as a client.
