Yep, seeing this too.

If you complete the quest it'll go away for a bit and then it fires up again spamming the notification tab like there's no tomorrow. I'm not sure if the same quest is even supposed to trigger within the same household twice but it indeed happened. And it won't stop oh my dog 😞
