I've gotten this issue myself as well after completing The Reaper's Reward Event. I have tried disabling the tab, resetting the discover request, exiting and relaunching the game, nothing has fixed this and its annoying as heck. Even removing mods didn't help. I'm trying the removal of that file now and see if that works

@TheElementals13 Ok yeah after removing the file it didn't fix it. I so hope there will be a fix because I don't wanna lose my Event progress I've done and restart everything :c
