    I'm also having a similar issue. Mine, however, is that the *only* person who shows up to the University Commons is the cafeteria worker. No one else. Not with all mods removed, cache cleared, game repaired, nothing. My played Sim and the cafeteria worker (who does leave relatively soon after opening the cafeteria) show up.

    Game is updated.
