I have the same problem.

My sim is a premade sim (Baby Ariel) and also a celebrity, so wondering if that is the issue?

Is anyone else using a pre-made sim, or a celebrity?

My sim is also a celebrity, but not a pre-made Sim. Perhaps it could be related.
