What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Current
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? place the Solar Water Heater on an Off-Grid lot.
What happens when the bug occurs? hot water isn't produced.
What do you expect to see? hot water for my shower/bath/sink.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

i have new save and attempting a full eco fam.  they complain taking baths and showers w cold water, even more so when it's winter as i'm risking their death.  washing dishes give a brackish water uncomfortable mood too, though this might not be heat related, as it was part of the game bfr For Rent w offgrid lots.  placing the Solar Water Heater, i had the error of not connected to power that i found Reddit talk abt.  they also offered no solution.  i would think the power comes from Solar bt ok..?  added solar generators to lot, for other purposes and that did clear that message.  now it says i've no water utility?  added 4-5 dew catchers and i'm already had the lot trait of Natural Well, adds water even w/o dew catchers.  i'm gaining a high surplus, +78 power +42 water, bt yt the Solar Water Heater isn't responsive.  cnfm it does list itself as being offgrid compatible.  i have tryed Bills as Sell and Store bt neither seems to influence.
