What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansions, Packs and Stuff Packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enact the Modern Development N.A.P in the Conifer Station neighborhood located in Evergreen Harbor and wait until ALL neighbourhood changes are complete.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the Modern Development N.A.P is in effect in Conifer Station bad visual glitches appear causing flickering on the building and pavements at the site of these changes. I removed Mods, tried repairing the game but the only solution I found was to remove the N.A.P entirely. This defeats the point of the one of the main gameplay features with Eco Lifestyle. The Green initiatives N.A.P changes work without issue just the Modern Development is broken. The first few changes don't cause issue but once the week is complete and all changes are active the visual issues make the neighborhood unplayable.
What do you expect to see? I expect the Modern Developments within Conifer Station to happen without any visual flickering or glitches.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated to patch 1.109.185.1030 At first I thought it was a directX issue and changed settings back to dX9 but didn't make any difference.
