Hope this gets fixed soon but not holding my breath. I like using modern development NAP but can't stand the flickering. Have to use either modern or green cuz don't like the trash and I like modern better. As a Pacific Northwester, Evergreen Harbor reminds me of home so I love the world. Ugh seems I've come across several old glitches lately that aren't getting addressed.
I am now having these issues as well - I did notice that when your apartment upgrades due to modern development it places double the items it changes
Double Doors - so my neighbors keep coming in without being invited in
Double windows - try to pick up a window and youll have one and still have another placed
Double decor items - the striped columns again can pick one up and theres a second underneath it still
I feel this is the issue thats happening instead of replacing the old its just stacking items on top which makes the textures flicker
Makes the world really unpleasant to play in
