My female young adult sim had blonde hair and brown eyebrows (the ''match hair'' button was not activated), when she was turned into a vampire, her eyebrows automatically turned blonde, I tried changing them back using the mirror, dresser and even the cheat casfulleditmode, but each time it shows up correct in cas but then in live mode the eyebrows match her hair (whichever color). So I'm very sad I can't mix and match hair and eyebrow colors anymore is there any way to fix it? :/

I have the same problem. It seems only an issue with aliens and now vampires.
I downloaded CC eyebrows, maxis match, with all EA colors and it fixed the issue for me for a while. Until yesterday, when I noticed my one Sim's eyebrows turned from black to dark blue and no edits helped, again. It was weird, because usually I experienced this bug after editing a sim, and I haven't done that at all yesterday. Even weirder, after a few hours her eyebrows turned black. I was happy the issue fixed itself, until I checked my other sim and her eyebrows were pink instead of brown. .-. I downloaded more eyebrows but the trick isn't working anymore. Ehhhh.
Yep, I'm having this issue too.
After I was turned to vampire, my eyebrows match my hair. Even when I change them in the CAS.
I've been experiencing this issue as well. It was working fine before the February 2nd update.
