Thanks for your help@VampiresTeeth. As @crinrict suggested, you can upload a .rar or .zip archive of the save file to a 1-click hosting service (like dropbox) and send me the link by PM and I'll take care of the rest. Cheers.

    I don't think there's a workaround. You'll need to wait until it's patched (again)
