[ARCHIVED] Fire alarm but no fire (invisible fire/Fire inaccessible)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just playing. It happens every sim day
What happens when the bug occurs? The house gets on the fire but I cannot see the fire so when calling the firefighters they appear but cannot do anything because the noise of the fire is there but it is not visibile. So I have to exit from the game without saving to extinguish it. It happens every sim day.
What do you expect to see? The house should not get on the fire every day
