I went to play the sims today and I have a family where the next gen lives in a sperate rental in the basement below them. So when I go to play with them all I see when to select with unit I want to play with it shows a Red X. I already deleted my local thumb cache multiple times and I tried to repair my game in the EA App but there is no option to do so.
