I also can’t pay rent and now I don’t have any electricity, I have no mods in my game and I have restarted it multiple times. This is so frustrating and annoying.
I’m experiencing this problem as well. First time playing as a tenant, and suddenly I got a message that my bills were due and my electricity was cut. There’s no way to pay bills. Very game breaking! This should be fixed urgently!
The pack is basically unplayable right now. Lights are out and my sims can’t do anything, water is off.
In your apartment look in hallway next to elevator there's a black box this is your mailbox you can pay your bills and rent there
