@tkassam The thread explains how bugs here are handled.

There was already a bug report for this issue and only one is needed. I've merged your post yesterday and you made another one so it might be good to read up on how things are handled here - for the future :D

Try pressing on the letter box on your home lot and than “show bills information” from there you should see the option to “pay apartment rent” 

this is through SNS bills app though. Hope it helps until EA decides to do some major changes to the pack!

    The only thing I found that worked is being able to have MC Commend center. Through that mod, I’m able to have auto bills one and this prevents the bug from happening. However, it’s not fair for a mod to help fix a game problem since everyone does not/ are unable to have mods. This needs to still be fixed.
