A bit more testing with this, even if you choose to pay to have a situation resolved, such as paying for trash collection, it still acts like you failed or ignored it and docks the rating. The -only- way I can find to make it resolve is hiring a contractor, and with how often these events have spammed lately (I swear I've seen more in the past few days than I did the first month I had the expansion - especially the exploding appliances, ugh) that is a black hole of financial debt.

    Same issue here. As a landlord I cannot complete any tenant maintenance events and the rating goes down. Even if I hire an expensive contractor over the phone to take care of the problem, the report is not always positive.
