    @EA_CadeI can't send a private message. I'm getting the sign in option when I'm signed in already and an "Access Denied." But, is there a fix? To the original post's issue.

    What about on console. Having the same issues on Xbox series X. Fail every maintenance event when fixing it.

    Hi,

    I purchased the For Rent pack two days ago and I am also experiencing this issue. Whenever there is a tenant event I resolved correctly and in a timely manner, I immediatly receive a message saying I did not do anything about the situation. 

    I have provided my saves to EA cade to help resolve this issue.

    I'm also having this issue since purchasing recently. Only way to complete the Tasks and get credited is to hire a contractor from my sims home on a different lot. I have a Sav ready to share, but don't know how to PM you with the link.

        So just to sum up it that's helpfull for anyone, because I delved into this.

        I am experiencing the exact same problems as you guys, BUT there is one type of situations that are resolved succesfully.

        The only events that seem to work are those that happen outside of the specific apartment. Only two for me were: overflowing trashcans and algae in the pool. 

        To make them work you cannot enter any specific apartment - just  travel to the rentral building and take care of the problem BUT DO NOT KNOCK ON  DOOR AND ENTER ANY OF THE APARTMENTS. It will work, if you want to finish the aspiration part before EA makes a potential fix.

        So there problems seem to start while you enter any of the rental units - I think the game sees you as a family guest, not the rentier in that case :/
