I am also having this issue. It was fine until I added the 10/22/24 update and then I also added Life & Death. Since these two additions, anytime a tenant event happens, and I fix it as the landlord, it always says that I failed to fix the problem or the tenant fixed it themselves. Very frustrating...

    I have this problem too. I can't tell if the bug was there before the L&D expansion, because none of my Sims were owners before that.
