How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Unknown
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Sims 4 for rent - this is the one that is having the issue Generally what I have installed is the Sims 4 plus some other extension games - that are not having issues
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? When there is an issue for a renter, when I go into fix the issue, the time either runs our right away (even though it shows 6hrs remaining) or right as I finish fixing the issue it tells me I did not. Either way my property rating goes down- even though I fixed the issue in time OR the time ran out early.
What do you expect to see? I expect that I would have the entire indicated time to fix the issues or get credit when the issue is fixed in full on-time.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
