[ARCHIVED] [FR] Items in Fridge, Bookshelf & Toybox Disappear on R-Residential

I came on to the forums to see if anyone else was having this same issue. I just started playing a Sim as a tenant for a rental unit I created for the first time in Mt. Komorebi, since I got the For Rent expansion, hoping all bugs were removed from what I had read previously. It is then I noticed several errors.... 

1.) Books purchased have disappeared when placed in the bookcase in the Sim's personal unit. (Not Shared Space). My Sim is now out of 1000 Simoleans worth of books as a result.

2.) Saved leftovers put in the For Rent's expansion's small fridge keeps disappearing from the Sim's personal unit. (Not Shared Space). 

3.) When the washer or dryer breaks in the middle of washing or drying their cloths and the landlord is called to repair them (Located in Shared Space) a Sim can still access their cloths that was in the either the washer or dryer units after it was fixed, but all is greyed out as to being able to re-dry or rewash them. There is also no option to put them away either. So, the only option my Sim was able to do was to take the laundry out of the washer/dryer and had to set it on the floor in a sloppy pile. Then the only option after that was to put the pile from the floor in the hamper, as everything else was greyed out. So, my Sim did. But then when I clicked on the laundry hamper everything is greyed out there too and saying the laundry is already dry. I cannot get the cloths out to put them away, or rewash them... nothing. I had to go into buymode and delete the hamper and replace with a new one to reset this.  

I also notice that stuff is missing from my Sim's personal inventory, not to be confused with the household inventory.... like my potions, books they carry around, earbuds, etc. (** Please note this did not happen on regular residential lots)

At first, I thought it was because of the "Cursed Book” my Sim got shortly after starting the game and it caused a glitched. But then it kept happening when I would either go into build or buy mode to add or removed something from the lot, or it would happen after I would save my game to play at another time and come back into the game again later on. 

I have no mods or CC in my game. Completely vanilla. I have my virus software set to ensure it would not conflict with the game. I made sure my game is all patched and up to date. This seems to only be happening with the rental lots... not with owned homes/regular residential lots I have played with my other Sims. ** Also, there are no last exceptions either to report any errors occurring during these times.

**** Additionally, I noticed another "routing error" with the For Rent Cupboards and short walls. Yet, to be honest.... I did not notice this happening in my regular sim home lots (Regular residential lots) or with any other cupboards.  Sims cannot access the kitchen faucets to wash dishes. Ironically, they can still get a glass of water and all other functions the sink offers but not wash dishes. They would pick up their plates to clean them, but then set them right back down without any indication from the Sim that something was in their path preventing them from having access to the sink. At first, I though it was because I assigned the sinks accordingly (Kitchen or Bath), causing a glitch or that they were just being stubborn and not wanting to clean them lol… but that was not the issue either. Then I noticed they also cannot cook on the stove be it a regular stove or a countertop stove, nor have access to the dishwasher. Yet they could prep any foods that did not require a stove, oven, etc. I made sure there was nothing blocking or disrupting my Sim from getting access, including the ceiling lights. I finally realized the cupboards needed to be raised up to just barely pass the height of the wall itself using the “alt” key and then everything would work/be accessible. But in doing this, the cupboards would "bleed" into the floor above them because of the raised height. This link, shared of a "workaround" to fix this. The suggestion(s) was to set their walls to medium height. yet, I do not always want my walls set that high just to be able to use those cupboards or any cupboards for that matter. Others say if they switch the cupboard out to an end cupboard it would work instead. But again, we should be able to use any of those cupboards in any order and over any sink or appliance we would like and not be limited as to how to use them in the game. In fact, they are one of my most favorite to use; so, I would love to be able to freely use these or any other cupboard without limitations.

*** In fairness too, I noticed this was happening with both "raised floors" (Using the arrow to raise the floor a click or two) and at regular floor levels.
