[ARCHIVED] [FR] 'Not Expanded to OPS' when trying to place roof on rental

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Spanish
How often does the bug occur? Every time since today (10th december 2024)
What is your current game version number? (I don´t know where can I see that)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except the two last one (Love one and Death one), Batuu and the kits (sorry, only know the names in Spanish)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have a residential rental with 5 units on it and a common picnic area. When trying to add or alter any roofing you get a message saying "Not Expanded to Ops" ("No se a ampliado a las operaciones", in Spanish)
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to add or make adjustments to roofs. When you leave the game and open it again, all the roofs you tried to edit appear. You can remove them but cant manipulate them visibly.
What do you expect to see? Add roof and be able to edit and manipulate as needed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? There's been an update a couple days ago. I haden´'t tried to edit any roof since then. Just now, when I found out this problem

I tried the "repair" option from EA App, but still have exact same problem.
