I also have this issue with the Pressure cooker, I just played with a sim with the Fresh chef trait and I tried the steamed rice, which had a timer until spoil. I also tried with recipes that are non exclusive to the pressure cooker, such as the butternut chicken and it also had a timer until spoiling.

@Francoisf30 AND it also happen with the Kettles, if my sims has the Fresh chef trait, I expect any type of food, beverage that are made by that sim don't spoil. Right now kettle too have their drink spoiled with Fresh chef trait.
