@HellCatStyle Could you evicting everyone through the map, then go to build mode from the map, save your lot to the library, bulldoze the lot completely, replace lot from the gallery

@crinrict Even after selling it, vacating in, and bulldozing it....when I try to place the lot again it still thinks someone lives there even though it doesnt show the tenants or their name associated with the rental unit.

Hi! I am having the same issue but I found a semi-fix until a better solution is found. Basically, if you go into manage world, you can make a sim household move into that appartement. I don’t know if it works with pre-made households but it worked when I made one to move into the apartment.
- AugustusARex2 years agoSeasoned Traveler@Andwee42 yes this workaround works! So you can just move a household in a rental unit from manage world (works also for premade sims), return to the game, and evict them via dialogue option, and the unit will be free again to fill with available tenants with editable rent per day, unit rules etc.
