Same here, three properties and none of the tenants pay any rent. The landlord was originally living in the same property as two of the tenants so I moved her out and then got one payment of 100 simoleons, and that's been it, no further payments. At a later point the game malfunctioned and gave her 9,999,999 simoleons so I suppose she's not too worried about the non-payments but I for one would like to see it resolved :/
Also, one of the tenants broke one of the rules, so my Sim fined her, but she refused to pay three times, so my Sim evicted her (I used the "Just Eviction" button), then my Sim was fined 500 simoleons! Wrong, she was within her rights to evict :/
