Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When your sims have a vacant Residential Rental and use the UI in the lower right hand corner to fill the vacancy (when on landlords home lot), the renters will never pay the rent to your played sims. Months will go by with no payment and Justly Evicting can still trigger the lawsuit function from the evicted tenant.
What happens when the bug occurs? The rent that you have sent will not be paid ever and the tenants will live rent free for weeks on end. The renters will never pay the rent to your played sims. What do you expect to see? I expect to receive rent at the end of the grace period, once a week, from the renters who are renting the property I built and not to be sued for the "Justly Evict" option

I have played Sims since The OG The Sims and have played Sims 4 since its launch. I love this game and overall still do but this bug is not good. 

This glitch is really upsetting because this is supposed to be the main feature of the Expansion pack; it's majorly game-breaking.

I was very very excited for this pack and splurged to get on day one and I really do not like that I feel like a beta tester instead. 

This bug needs to be fixed, I really hope this bug gets prioritized ☹️
