I don't have any mods, uninstalled and installed the game, played one year in sims 4 as a landlord yet no one is paying even though I charge them a normal amount.

We need this fixed as this is the main feature of the game!! I literally paid £37 for this. I'm into the gameplay,  not building so it's disappointing.

Did anyone find it a solution for this?
