Same issue here. My Sim lives on the same lot as his tenants, he also doesn't receive bills via the mailman!

Hello again.

Regarding rent collection, it is expected to only occur weekly, not daily.  And payment is included as part of overall bills.

That said:

  • We'll work on making the messaging about rent collection clearer in-game in a future update.
  • We'll continue to look into possible issues where the weekly rent collection may not be happening.

If anyone is seeing the rent fail to be collected (without mods installed) even after a full Sim-week has passed, we would like to collect more affected save files.

    Still not working for me, even after the latest update. I don’t have any mods on my game. It’s a total joke now, plus all the other bugs and glitches in the game, I feel like I’ve wasted £31 and wish I hadn’t bough this game. I even contacted support directly who said it would get fixed and still nothing.

    This is beyond shameful. An entire pack useless by a bug and a company that doesn't care one bit about it. Shame on you.
