I played as the tenant with a 7 day lease length (Sunday - Sunday). Rent was supposed to be $26 per day. As far as I can tell, no money was ever deducted from him for rent during that period. When I switched to the property owner household on the following Monday, I immediately got a notification that they had collected rent, but they only got $26 for the whole week.
