I am playing For Rent and have a lot with three apartments, I live in one which is marked as "home unit" and have tenants in the other two. I have been playing for about 5 in-game weeks and have received no rent, in fact, every Wednesday the "daily rental income" amount is deducted from my household income so I am just losing money instead of gaining it.
