I'm kind of having a similar problem. My counter is stuck at 0. I still get notifications that people are downloading my sims, but the counter on the sims detail window won't budge.
I'm having this same problem, i made 2 sims yesterday, and in my gallery says that at least 3 people did downloaded one of my sims, but when i open my sim page (click on her photo) it apear 0 downloads. ☹️
I have seen something of the sort... My own collection in MY LIBRARY of sims does not show the downloads BUT if I go into COMMUNITY and punch up the Sim(s) and click on the 'house' to show details, That house in MY LIBRARY shows the correct number... I don't know if this is at all helpful but thought I might mention it.. Just incase.
