[ARCHIVED] Getting charged by imaginary NPC (sometimes twice)

My sims have a daily maid, but there's a really annoying bug where whenever my sims leave their home lot and return again, or go into CAS via the mirror and return to the home lot, I get a popup mess...

  • You will no longer be required to watch your hired maid perform their duties in order to ensure you are getting the service you paid for. Maids will now properly clean your home, even if you aren't there! It's like a whole new world out there folks…

I would hope that his is solved now

I am still having this bug issue with my scheduled maid.

Every time my Sims leave the house and come back, it says a maid has cleaned the house, when clearly nothing has been cleaned.

    Did you try clearing your cache files ? I also still get the message but usually the house is actually cleaned

        Did the latest (Nov 2015) patch help with this ?
