[ARCHIVED] Getting charged by imaginary NPC (sometimes twice)

My sims have a daily maid, but there's a really annoying bug where whenever my sims leave their home lot and return again, or go into CAS via the mirror and return to the home lot, I get a popup mess...

Taking feedback for this.

Did the latest (Nov 2015) patch help with this ?

    It continue hapening to me since the december patch

      Everytime you travel ? I only get it once if the maid was supposed to be around, not anymore when I shouldn't be charged.

      Best time to test is on the weekend as you're not supposed to be charged at all.

        Yeah, also still happening to me. 

        Same for the repair man if you happen to call one and then decided to leave the lot before he arrives/finishes.
