Everytime you travel ? I only get it once if the maid was supposed to be around, not anymore when I shouldn't be charged.
Best time to test is on the weekend as you're not supposed to be charged at all.

Same for the repair man if you happen to call one and then decided to leave the lot before he arrives/finishes.
I hired a one time maid and stayed in my lot, she cleaned MOST of my house then charged me and left. She came back, charged me and left again twice. And later I hired a DJ and he charged me and then never showed up. I have stopped using hired services.
