[ARCHIVED] Getting charged by imaginary NPC (sometimes twice)

My sims have a daily maid, but there's a really annoying bug where whenever my sims leave their home lot and return again, or go into CAS via the mirror and return to the home lot, I get a popup mess...

I have never direct my sim to leave his/her home lot while a technician is present. Today i did, and when my sim came home a notification popped up and charged me for the fee, but nothing was fixed! Later on the technician went in (my sim did not call him a second time) and fixed it, then charged my household again!

    this has been in the game since the start. It's happening with all NPCs.

      Hope they're aware of this.
