[ARCHIVED] [GF] Camera Pops Up panning over Chateau Peak

In addition to being annoying this camera jumping is migraine inducing. Ends my gameplay for at least a day. That lot is unplayable. Like riding a roller coaster.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.48.90.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Send your sims anywhere in the Pennticles and camera will bounce up. This is especially true if their living in that empty mansion you can purchase.
What happens when the bug occurs? Camera constanly jumps up to the sky. If in the mansion from the first floor to the sky especially when you have all walls and floors up.
What do you expect to see? I hope to see this issue fixed. It's hard to take pics of my sims in their house and even outside.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The Get Famous Pre Patch introduced it with Get Famous.

‌I'd really like to see this issue resolved so I'm constanly not having to click on my sims to get them back into view again.This is a very easy bug to reproduce.

I can confirm that I experience the jump up in camera in my game as well.  I tried removing various elements of the build to see what's causing it, and I tried flattening the lot (using the new terrain tools).  None of that helped, but bulldozing the lot seemed to remove the problem.  When I built a new structure on it, the camera did not jump up.  Definitely something strange going on with the build/lot - will add to our list.
