@Japanic2012 I didn't test at the time but others did and had no issues getting promoted once they got promoted to teens.

Guess this needs some retesting.

I can confirm that I’ve had issues with teens getting promoted to level 4 when they started Drama Club as children and aged up yo teens at level 3. I also noticed when my teens were late they got promoted to level 4. I have five teens that all had this issue, so far four finally got the promotion after being late. I may try @Japanic2012  suggestion of taking it easy with my fifth sim, I was going to have her go late. Thanks!
