LOL, a library! Thanks @crinrict for maintaining a compiled list of issues so I could see this had been previously reported. Thanks @imhotep168 for speaking up about the library. I had tried bars; karaoke bars; lounges; parks and even a museum but a library would probably have been the last place to try as I worked down a list. Saved me time and effort 🙂
I didn't check "me too" since technically there is a locale that will fulfil the whim. With the wording of the whim, though, I can't imagine being able to fulfil it only by travelling to a library would throw it into the classification of "working as intended". Of course, I could be wrong since I think The Sims game devs have a wicked sense of humor, 😉
