[ARCHIVED] Goofballs obsessed with mischief and etc...

@siirysiir  I don't know if thats an added feature since I last updated, but I dont appear to be able to do that with MCCC with my current version, except for the Sim I am controlling, maybe.  The option for MC Tuner and Enable autonomy scan is there for my Sim that I am controlling, but not for NPC's, so I cant even find out.  But if it works for others, that's great.

@Strongfinger1977 For me it works and I got completely rid of this problem. I had completely forgotten about this marvellous feature of pranking toilets to break because it doesn't happen anymore. Obviously I can still control a sim to prank a toilet if I wanted for some reason.

      @TheSimsDirect My goofball sim doesn't prank the toilet anymore, but he choose to use mischievous interactions instead of funny interactions 8/10. I even set him to dislike Mischief, but he does it autonomously anyway and then he becomes tense.

      @TheSimsDirectI gave a sim the goofball trait and he is obsessed with pulling farting pranks. I've not played him much directly, but he visited a family I was playing with twice and both times every autonomous action he did while talking with other sims was the farting prank. To say it is excessive is an understatement! I have a fully updated game with the 26 September 2023 patch.

        I feel like this needs some heavy tuning... I have a few mods that "don't do" things like random mischief or farting specifically, but my goofball sim will not stop endlessly farting, or "noxious cloud"-ing other sims. I'm just confused why they don't just autonomously tell jokes or something. I don't think they should direct people to endlessly watch as they poop their pants. Pls EA TT^TT
