[ARCHIVED] [GRO] Infant milestone always shown as new after aging up

Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Cottage Living, City Living, Island Living, Eco Lifestyle, High School Years, Growing Together, Get Together, Horse Ranch, Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Dine Out, Vampires, Werewolves, Parenthood, Strangerville, Realm of Magic, Romantic Garden, Backyard Stuff, Paranormal Stuff, Bowling Night, My First Pet, Moschino, Tiny Living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim achieve a milestone and then age them up without looking at the milestone in the personality/milestones menu first.
What happens when the bug occurs? The milestone continues to have the gold star in the corner and make the panel light up as though it's new, even after moving my mouse over it or clicking on it.
What do you expect to see? I expect milestones to register as having been seen and stop notifying me.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

attached is a video I took of the glitch. I have my mods enabled in the video but I re-tested it in a new save with no mods enabled and had the same issue.
