How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except For Rent
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete an aspiration for a household's child but the task will remain as 0/1
What happens when the bug occurs? The scenario task remains unchecked - 0/1. Game is currently not registering that this task was completed no matter how many childhood aspirations are fulfilled.
What do you expect to see? Once a child's aspiration is completed - the scenario task is checked off - 1/1. It's the only task that can't be completed for this scenario.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
The scenario task to complete a Child Aspiration remains unchecked, or 0/1, no matter the actual status of the household child's aspiration progress. All four childhood aspirations could be completed but the task will stay at 0/1 therefore the scenario cannot be completed.
I'm having the same issue with this scenario. Child aspiration completion win register and also the task of children reading at the library. I'm so frustrated.
