@JoyceKurdziel I merged your post with an existing bug report as you also have seem to have used one of the GRO aspirations.

Can you try if it works with a base game one ?

I'm having the same issue with this scenario.  Child aspiration completion win register and also the task of children reading at the library. I'm so frustrated.
