Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Research Genealogy
What happens when the bug occurs? I have heard researching genealogy will make a new relative call a few days later. I have had different sims and households research genealogy every day for 3 sims weeks, and never get anything.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a phone call from a found relative.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
