Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try making a GT Club using the Traits from HSY
What happens when the bug occurs? The Traits are not included in the Trait lists
What do you expect to see? I might to see the HSY + Loyal Traits
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

I really don't know if this was deliberate or an oversight. New Traits usually show up in the Club Lists, but I don't really check every time we get new Traits. I thought a Socially Awkward Club might be amusing. Maybe not. The missing Traits are: Overachiever, Socially Awkward, Party Animal and Loyal.
