It's a bit like you don't own the store anymore. The transfer money under the Sims portrait is gone.
I sold the lot and re-bought and it worked again afterwards but I didn't really play for long to see if it breaks again. You can sell the store through manage world.
Did you never have mods in or did you remove them ?
- Someone wrote me about the same issue as JakeDavid, with the same message. The problem was solved removing CC and mods.
